Founding Patrons | Make A Donation
On August 14, 2000 we received confirmation from the Internal Revenue Service that the American College of Vedic Astrology was granted 501 (c) (3) non-profit educational status. This allows the College to receive charitable donations, gifts, grants and endowments for resource development. Our long-term vision is to create an educational campus with classrooms, a library and a research center to promote Jyotish and the allied Vedic Sciences. An intermediate goal was achieved with the creation of the ACVA Online Program which began operations in December of 2003.
In order to develop the American College of Vedic Astrology as a viable institution of higher learning, we initiated a fund-raising drive at the January 2000 International Symposium on Vedic Astrology in Sedona, Arizona. All donations or gifts to the College are tax-deductible. We have initiated a College building fund of $20,000 from your generous contributions and we envision the creation of an endowment fund to ensure the perpituity of the organization.

Thank you again for your generosity in promoting the ancient science of Jyotisha to flourish throughout the world.
Our goal is to continue to raise the standards of education and the level of professional practice in Vedic Astrology. To that end the College sponsors International Symposiums, provides online education and guidance on ethical practices related to Vedic Astrology.
